What is co-sponsorship and how does it work?

Co-sponsorship means that when we recruit an agent, they’re sponsored by BOTH you and us. You earn your full revenue share from their production and team growth, while we also earn from supporting them. It’s completely transparent and approved by eXp. You get passive income, we get compensated for our recruiting and support work. Win-win.

Do I have to be at eXp Realty already?

No, but you’ll need to join eXp to participate. If you’re not currently at eXp, we can help facilitate your transition. eXp’s revenue share program is what makes this possible, and we’ll guide you through the entire process.

How many agents will you recruit for me?

It depends on the partnership tier and timeline, but our goal is 50-100 agents in Year 1, scaling up from there. We focus on quality over quantity—recruiting experienced, productive agents who will actually contribute to your long-term revenue share.

What if agents quit or stop producing?

Attrition happens in any team. That’s why we recruit continuously and focus on agent support and retention. We also provide replacement recruiting as needed to maintain growth momentum. Our systems are designed to account for normal turnover while still hitting revenue targets.

How involved do I need to be?

Minimally. You need to be an active eXp agent in good standing, but we handle recruiting, training, and support. You’re not expected to coach these agents or manage them day-to-day. That’s what we do FOR you

How long until I start seeing revenue?

Agents typically start producing within 30-90 days of joining eXp. Your revenue share begins accumulating as soon as they close transactions. Month 1 might be small, but it compounds quickly as more agents join and existing agents build their own teams.

Is this compliant with eXp policies?

What if I don't have a big social media following?

Not a problem. While a social media presence can be helpful, it’s not required. We’re doing the recruiting for you, so your personal brand isn’t the primary driver. We recruit through our systems, networks, and marketing—not yours.
